Where would we be without the women in our life? I’m so thankful for my best friends – the women who support me, encourage me, dry my tears, and listen to my random ramblings. When I made this gift guide, they were the women I had in mind! They’re glamorous, girly, and love a good glass of champagne, but at the same time aren’t afraid of hard work and getting their hands dirty. Maybe that describes your besties, or your momma, or your girlfriend? If so, today’s gift guide is for you!
My goal is never to let gift guides overtake my content. This one is by far my favorite that I’ve ever created, and I hope by getting it to you just before Thanksgiving, the timing is right. I hope this post will take some of the work out of your Christmas shopping. You can even shop by clicking the photos in the collage!
I hate to be like “here are some things, so just listen to me and buy them,” because that’s just not me when it comes to gift guides and gift giving. I always like to give a little backstory on why I’m recommending, along with recommendations for pairing it with other items.
Self-Empowerment Items – Sometimes we all need a little encouragement. When I went to Nashville alone for a week for work, I was a nervous wreck. I read an encouraging text from my best friend Amanda over and over any time I started to doubt myself, and it made a world of difference. Because of that experience, I love gifting items of encouragement. Books are a great gift because you can write a message to your friend on the inside cover, and I find Cara Alwill Leyba’s books to be so uplifting. I also really love the Fearless cuff! Nothing like being able to take a little encouragement with you wherever you go.
Desk Upgrades – Let’s be real. The amount of time that we spend at our desks – whether they’re at work or at home – is alarming. Items like fancy frames, a smart lamp that doubles as a charging station, and even a candle can make a desk feel a little cozier.
Wine Related Items -Wine-related items make such fun gifts, but I feel like they’re an item that anyone rarely buys for themselves. This Corkcicle stemless glass is fabulous and could be paired with a bottle of wine if you wanted a little something extra.
Beauty & Self Pampering Goodies – Self pampering is one of the best gifts you can give someone, in my opinion, especially at a time of year when we often neglect to take care of ourselves the way that we should. A pretty lip gloss can help a woman feel pulled together, and a manicure set paired with a pretty polish is an excuse for an at home spa night.
Happy Monday, y’all! I want to hear from you – who’s on your Christmas list that you haven’t finished shopping for yet?
