I talk a lot about how my bathroom is like my personal, at-home paradise. Thanks to Riens Handmade Soap, I’ve added some more products to my arsenal! (And I’m obsessed.)
When Rien and I started talking about a collaboration, I told her that I had group of lymph nodes removed, and it made my skin unbearably sensitive. (Real talk – I’ve had allergic reactions to so many deodorants because of it.) She suggested the calendula honey soap and the shea butter olive oil soap.
Another really fun side effect of the lymph node situation is that I sweat more than I used to, especially now that the weather is warmer. (Gross, I know.) Because of those two things, I knew that this soap would really be put to the test.
I hopped out of the shower feeling literally squeaky clean. I even used it at the site of the lymph node removal (my armpit… doesn’t that word make you cringe?!) and… no reaction! Winner winner chicken dinner over here!
In the mornings, I wake up with extra soft skin. The eczema on the back of my arms and thighs is going away. All of these amazing things from a $5 bar of soap.
I always provide honest reviews, so I’ve got to be real with y’all – I already have more products from Riens Handmade Soap in my cart on the site. If the soap alone has already done so much for me, I can’t wait to check out the lip balm and body butter! I’m also excited to scoop up a few of the more colorful soaps as gifts for friends.
What do y’all think? Are you ready to get squeaky clean with Riens Handmade Soap?
By the way, I finally created a Facebook page, and I’d love if y’all would go like it!
A big thank you to Rien of Riens Handmade Soap for providing me with product in exchange for an honest review. As always, all opinions are my own. Thanks for supporting brands that support A Little Seersucker Sass!
