Recently, I have really been trying to make an effort to cook more. I’m trying to eat healthier and save money, so it was a no brainer. I was thrilled when I received a box of goodies from Campbell’s! (Who doesn’t love a good Campbell’s soup? Am I right?)
Sunday night, I wanted something a little more substantial for dinner, but I didn’t feel like going out in the cold to the grocery store. After looking through my pantry, I made this 3 ingredient meal – Southwestern Chicken Alfredo – using this recipe as a “model.”
Prego Light Homestyle Alfredo is delicious!
I put the pasta on to boil & threw some Southwestern chicken strips I had purchased earlier to make wraps with into the skillet. I should have started the pasta before I started the chicken… #learningprocess
I poured some of the yummy alfredo sauce into the chicken and let it simmer together for a few minutes.
