Happy Tuesday, y’all!  I have been struggling and struggling with what to write about, but nothing has really stood out to me.  So instead of writing about my life, which y’all probably know more about than you desire, I want to know about your lives!  I feel like we all communicate in comments and kind of get a feel for each other through posts, but I like to think of y’all as friends, especially after all of your support with everything going on at home right now.

So I’ll post some questions.  You can choose to answer one of them or all of them or even none of them.  And you can ask me whatever you feel like, as well 🙂

1. Where are you from?  [be as specific or as vague as you would like]

2. What inspired you to start blogging?

3. Read any good books lately?

4. What is your “signature look” when it comes to fashion?

5. Do you have any pets?

6. Are you in school or did you go to school?  What were you involved in?

7. What toppings do you put on your fro yo?

8. What are your career aspirations?

9. What’s the biggest problem that you feel society faces?

10. What is your favorite scripture or quote?

11. Do you have any advice for me?

I can’t wait to read your comments & get to know you!  Happy happy Tuesday 🙂

P.S – Not even going to try to act like I came up with this idea myself.  Idea credit to the amazing Carly at College Prepster who did a similar post a few weeks ago. 🙂

P.P.S – Shameless plug.  If you are a Kappa Delta (or like Kappa Deltas, or like me) please take a second to like these two photos for my chapter & help them win the Derby Days banner competition.  I know our girls have worked their little fannies off on the banner and cooler!  Banner //  Cooler  [ And I wouldn’t hate it if you shared the pics if you feel compelled to 😉 ]

When I was in undergrad, I was a student worker in the social work department! I feel like if I could do it over, I would have probably gotten my undergrad in social work before going to law school, because the classes seemed much more interesting than my business classes. That sounds like such a rewarding job!I definitely agree that if the world new Jesus, it would be a better place. Thanks for sharing 🙂

I'm with you on the book thing! I haven't had much time to read, and when I do, it's some weird crime book that most people have never heard of. Haha :)It's okay to not know what you want to do with your life! I changed my major six (!!!!!) times, and still graduated on time thanks to a couple of summer classes. You will end up where you're meant to be.Thanks for the kind words & thanks for sharing! 🙂

    1. I claim Bloomington, Indiana as my hometown; I now live in the Nashville, TN area.2. I started blogging towards the end of high school because I loved writing and talking and it was the perfect medium for me.3. Me Before You is one book I keep thinking was surprisingly good.4. I could spend my entire life in a Fit 'n' Flare dress with belted cardigan.5. I love my two cats, Bear and Bourbon.6. I'm currently working on my MBA with Indiana University.7. I always get plain tart fro-yo with strawberries. Simple and perfect.8. I want to be a marketing guru in consumer goods. I'm getting there.9. I think society's biggest problem is selfishness, under the guise of being unselfish. We take freedoms away from others in the name of religion or creed.10. My favorite quote is something my Grandpa used to tell me: "Honey, if it were easy, everybody'd be doing it."11. When you're struggling to come up with post ideas, find a blog link-up or prompt out there to get the juices flowing! I tend to write posts days or even weeks in advance, a few at a time, and space out the posting to about 3 times per week. And if it starts to feel forced, I take a break!

That's wild, because I've lived in East Tennessee my entire life, and I'm more than likely moving to Indiana next year! And I almost moved to Nashville last year to go to Belmont!Kudos to you for getting your MBA! You are a much stronger woman than I am. I do not think that I could do it.And I completely agree with what you think the biggest issue in our society is. If we all loved each other and supported each other, the world would be a much better place. Thanks for sharing!! 🙂

The MBA is cramping my style a bit in terms of social life outside work, but it's worth it.I'll be in East TN in May for the Chattanooga Craft Beer Festival, helping my man out with the brewery booth. I am active in TN's DAR, so I have girlfriends in Chattanooga and East TN from that. :)I'm proud to be from Indiana; it has a lot to offer! So let me know where you end up and I'll hook you up with some insider info.

I have a BBA and spent most of my undergrad wanting to pull my eyelashes out rather than go to class, so I have so much respect for you for getting your MBA. I can't imagine how hard it must be! I will be sending lots of positive vibes your way :)I'm in Northeast Tennessee, so if you're ever up this way, let me know! Sometimes we have cool beer festivals out this way, too ;)I will definitely take you up on that!
