Lilly Pulitzer After Party Sale Favorites

Happy Tuesday!  I had so much fun shopping the After Party Sale yesterday that I wanted to share some of my favorites.  (I've also been tweeting my favorites, including showing what some of the pieces look like on someone besides a Lilly model.  You can follow along at @seersuckersass!)

Along with linking to the items, I'm including a brief explanation of why it made my cut for the top 12 favorites.  It drives me crazy when people link things just to link things.  Haha.

one  //  two  //  three  //  four
five  //  six  //  seven  //  eight
nine  //  ten  //  eleven  //  twelve

Balleta cover up ($49)  Is this not the cutest cover up you've ever seen?!  It looks so comfy.  I love the soft material and the drape sleeves.  (The description notes this is more vibrant in person, so if you love the soft, faded look, you may want to go with a different option.)

Sunny shoulder silk Elsa top ($49)  This top was the star of yesterday's blog post!  It is so versatile that I picked up a printed version from the sale to add to my rotation.

Sleeveless Essie Top ($29)  This is a really easy way to add a little bit of Lilly fun into your work wardrobe!  I love wearing printed Lilly tops under blazers and cardigans.  This is a steal of a deal, and there are a few colors to choose from.

Ruari crop top & maxi skirt set ($99)  I fell in love with this dress when I saw Landon wear it on Southern Charm.  I'm not typically into crop tops, but I love that this keeps the belly button colored, and the wrap detail on the top is a style I really love.

Rene dress ($99)  I don't usually care for this style of dress, but I saw Cameron from Southern Charm (are y'all sensing a trend here?) wearing a similar dress, and I wondered why I have always shied away from dresses like this because it is so dang cute on her.  This would be so fun for a spring or summer event, a bachelorette party, or even a dinner date.

Tiki Wrap Romper ($69)  This item gave me buyer's remorse for a really long time.  I tried it on in store, and it wasn't available in my size.  So I bought the Sunny Shoulder top and Cassa dress instead, and I've kept my fingers crossed that it would be in the sale.  I love rompers because I can get away with a shorter length.  (I'm too clumsy to wear short dresses.  Haha.)  I can't wait to wear this to an event!

Perla laser cut shift dress ($64)  I love the way laser cut clothing and shoes look.  This is an edgier way to rock a Lilly dress.

Pearl shift dress ($79)  I feel like this dress is appropriate for so many reasons - wedding guest, baby or bridal shower, vacation, just going to dinner, etc.  It's available in three different colors, and they're all absolutely gorgeous.

UPF 50+ Justina tunic ($39)  As a melanoma survivor, I am all about bonus skin protection.  I love that this tunic is not only cute, but it will protect your skin... and it's super affordable.  It comes in a few pattern options.

Cassa shift dress ($69)  This is one of the most fun dresses I own.  I love the v-neck/bandeau combo; it's sexy without screaming "look at me!"

Fanning romper ($74)  This is such an effortless piece.  I already own a long sleeve Lilly romper, so someone please buy this so I can live vicariously through you!

Colby sleeved tunic ($119)  If I could wear white without looking like Casper, I would already own this dress.  I love it for a big event, a wedding shower, a bachelorette party, a night at the beach - really anything!

On a non-Lilly related note, I want to say thank you for the kind comments on my latest Instagram post.  I was really optimistic that things would slow down this week, but its only getting crazier.  I'm so thankful for the support I've received, and I'm thankful that blogging provides me with an outlet and an escape, and gives me an excuse to think about things like beautiful clothing when it seems like my brain is full of heavy things.

I hope y'all have a great Tuesday!

  1. I don't wear a lot of patterns but I love the Elsa top! The neckline is such a unique shape. It would be perfect for the office or going out.
