Get Glowing Skin with Valentia

When given the opportunity partner with Valentia again to review a couple of their newest products, I was over the moon!  Their Even Glow Serum is the first serum that I ever tried and absolutely what started my serum obsession.  Today I'm reviewing all of the products in my Valentia collection - the Even Glow Serum I started using about a year ago, Ultra Plumping Hydration Mask, and True Glow Eye Cream.

This was the first serum I ever tried, and it's still my favorite.  I used to really struggle with uneven skin tone, and this serum has not only helped ease the redness out of my skin, but make my skin glow!

The texture of this product is that of a typical serum, as you can see below.  With this product, a little goes a long way.

Valentia Even Glow Serum

I tried this product because I receive a ton of questions from readers about the best facial masks out there.  This mask provides intense hydration, combats signs of aging, and makes your skin glow.  I was drawn to this because of the "plumping" factor, which it totally did.

My biggest piece of advice is to start small with this mask, as you should with all skin care products.  The recommended amount of time is 15-30 minutes, and because I wanted all of the plumping power, I wore it for 30 minutes the first time.  I have super sensitive skin, and this left the skin that the mask touched red for a couple of days.  I know that the mask worked, so next time I will be smarter and only use the mask for 15 minutes.

As you can see below, the mask has a "Flubber" consistency.  It doesn't take much of this product to cover your face.  In fact, the leftover product on the lid is approximately the amount needed for two applications.

Like the Even Glow Serum, the True Glow Eye Cream has a pleasant citrus smell, as well.  This cream reduces wrinkles and fine lines (because who wants crow's feet?!), lightens dark circles, and de-puffs the eye area.  I have really sensitive eyes, and I've found that to avoid irritating them, I never sleep with my contacts in while using this product, and I have eye moistening drops just in case my eyes feel dry in the morning.

The consistency of this product is that of a lotion.  Again, it doesn't take much of this product to get the job done, which makes it extremely cost effective.

  6. I definitely want to try that mask. I've never really gotten into a mask routine, and I know you don't do them often, so I think I'm going to give this company a try.

  8. Definitely need to add an eye cream to my routine. Unfortunately having super dry skin with eczema makes it difficult for me to find products that will agree with it.

  11. I think I need to look into this. My skin is so red all the time and I hate it! It's not fun being so pale so everything is seen. I'll give these a shot! I trust your opinions!!

  12. I have sensitive skin too, so the mask doesn't sound like something I'd want to try, but I loved the eye cream and would like to try the serum. I have a rather uneven skin tone too. Thanks for sharing!
