Friday Finds

Since it's a long weekend + I haven't done a "weekend reading" post in awhile, I thought I would do something a little different.  Here are my favorite "finds" from the internet over the last little bit!

Everyone needs to read this.

Ever wondered how to successfully apply a monogram to your wall?  You don't want to miss this post then.

Hi, my name is Seersucker Sass, and I'm obsessed with washi tape.  (If that sounds familiar, check out this fun DIY)

If you're planning on trying out a glamorous red lip this weekend, check this post out!

One of my favorite things to do when I have a little gap in the day is to read Fortune's MPW Section.  I really like this article about NYC'S plan to create 5,000 female entrepreneurs!  (Anyone else feeling inspired to move to NYC right about now?)

Since crafting up a storm for last Saturday's baby shower, I've been in a crafty mood ever since.  My next project will be these DIY Glitter Coasters... so cute.  (P.S. - Would anyone be interested in a post with photos from the shower?)

Now that spring is here, I've been taking more photos outside than ever.  Here's a great "cheat sheet" for taking blog photos.

Also, there are sooo many sales going on right now!  Here are some of my picks!

Any links I missed out on?  Share them in the comments!  What are your weekend plans?

XX,

SS

    1. Better to ask for forgiveness than ask for permission in situations like that! Besides, you can control whatever you want to put on your night stand if he doesn't like them in the living room :)

  22. I've never actually bought any washi tape before but it looks really cool! I have an Erin Condren planner and I see people on Instagram use it all the time in them.

    1. I like to do paper crafting, and I really enjoy using it in crafts! You can usually find some rolls on clearance at Michaels for 99 cents if you want to try it out :) Hope you have a great week & that you start to feel better! Xo

  23. Ahhh washi tape! I refrain from purchasing them because I know it will get out of hand. Not the easiest of things to resist considering how in vogue they are right now. I see them everywhere, taunting me, begging me to buy them...
